Carman Lu has over 20 years of experience across accounting, tax, advisory and finance. She has worked with leading professional services firms, global organisations, Australian businesses of all sizes, and ultra-high-net-worth family groups through family offices across multiple countries.

Carman’s career spans Big 4 assurance and private tax, CFO advisory, international tax, boutique accounting, and the rapidly evolving world of accounting technology and tax automation in Australia. She has advised Big 4 partners on their personal tax affairs, led APAC finance operations for a $30 million revenue group across four countries, delivered CFO advisory across the defence and security industry, guided private investors through complex structuring and tax decisions, established business operations across multiple Asian markets, and personally led global family office for ultra-high-net-worth families both in Australia and internationally.

Carman specialises in working with medical professionals, international businesses, SMEs, founders, Big 4 partners, private investors and high-net-worth families.
